- Administration: for SC or IV use. Reconstitute with sterile saline (5ml). Swirl gently to dissolve, avoiding excessive agitation.
- Dosage for subcutaneous: 0.5ml per day (50mg per day) for three days, followed by every other day.
- Dosage for IV (professional use): some may not tolerate infusions as well as others, or may need to follow a protocol at a slower rate/frequency. First infusion: start with a maximum of 250mg (2.5ml of reconstituted NAD+) in a 500ml saline bag, for 2-2.5 hours minimum (up to 3-4 hours depending on tolerability and dose). Increase or decrease concentration and flow rate according to response. Typical drop time: 3-4 hours for 500 mg NAD+.
